My hearing aids stopped working & due to COVID & the record breaking freeze I hadn’t made an appointment to have them fixed. I made a drive up appointment & they were repaired in a matter of minutes without me leaving my car. Also there was no cost. Thank you Dr. Edwards for your wonderful service.

It’s awesome to be able to hear again, Dr Miles was talking with a mask on and all I heard was Peanuts mother talking. When I put the the hearing aid on, I could finely here. Working great at work, I’ve quite saying hah!, what! I can’t here you Awesome job Dr Miles Thank You

I don’t often leave reviews, but this is timely and important. If you’re suffering because your hearing aids are messed up but you’re waiting for the COVID vaccine, DON’T SUFFER. Call these people. They picked my hearing aids up from my car, let me know when they were ready, and then brought them back out to my car. In masks, careful of distance. I was already in their system and they didn’t even mention payment. Give them a call and get your value out of those hearing aids.

Dr Edwards is always professional and extremely helpful. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. I had a hearing aide issue caused by my new phone. But Dr Edwards didn’t bat an eye. She took everything in stride and called me within 2 hours with everything fixed. I strongly recommend Dr Edwards and her staff.

The difference between my previous aids and new Opticon aids is like night and day. Hearing things I have not heard for years. The iPhone app technology is amazing!! Dr. Edwards and her staff could not have been more helpful and friendly!
