We stopped by for a walk-in to have our tube replaced. Dr. William Sparrow helping us was very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Sparrow, a PhD of clinical audiology, (NOT A hearing aid dealer) has been servicing my aids for 5 years. Hearing changes with age. An audiologist can adjust the settings on these aids to fit your new change. This service is no charge in many instances. These tiny little aids are adjustable and do not belong in the drawer. Don't waste you money on cheap aids or poor service. Get the best and get service to clean, repair and adjust them, frequently. With a good fit, they should not hurt to wear them all day, every day..
