I was in town visiting and the hard plastic piece on my hearing aid broke rendering my life functionally very difficult. Home was far away. And my original audiologist was booked out for 3 weeks. These guys showed up as Oticon Servicers. They took me in immediately and fixed my hearing aids within 15 minutes no charge. Honestly they made a huge difference for me. I’m very grateful. Thank you.
I was taken right in, My hearing aids were checked and cleaned, There were questions asked. I was retested, then my hearing aids were adjusted. and thing were explained to me, Very good visit!

I set an appointment with the hearing and brain center on River Road because I recently acquired tinnitus due to using a chain saw. I wanted to know and understand my situation better and know how to help it. The receptionist were kind and friendly and quickly took me back to meet with Dr. Sparrow.
