Excellent audiologist, exceptional office manager. Warm friendly staff. Cleaned my hearing aids. Provided refreshments.

I was tremendously impressed with the knowledge and effort that collaborates in this office. I left feeling heard, understood and supported. I look forward to my follow up appointment for adjusting which won’t be much.
I highly recommend the Worcester office for hearing exams and hearing aids. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had my 2nd year exam and my hearing aids updated. I will be going back tomorrow for a follow up appointment. Theresa, the audiologist is thorough and knowledgeable, goes over all test results and answers any questions. Joy is also a pleasure to work with, very helpful, and will make sure everything is going well with you and your hearing.
