I just left 1st appt, everyone is extremely nice & pleasant/ I’ve dealt w hearing loss for at least 10 yrs. I know I just left but can say WOW so far it’s wonderful ( too actually hear better ) I will see how nx few weeks go however cannot see it getting anything but better. So far so good
I have been working with Theresa and Joy at the Worcester, MA office for the past year. The office is very clean and comfortable to visit, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I recently completed my one year annual hearing exam with Theresa. She went over all the hearing exam results, answered any questions I had, and custom set my hearing devices to my hearing needs. Excellent experience! I'm so grateful to have found Brain and Hearing. Joy and Theresa made me feel very comfortable and at ease - very knowledgeable and caring folk.
