Having finally decided I must do something about my hearing I visited Hearco - and am so pleased that I did ! Operating from welcoming modern premises in Brighton Marina (easy access - free parking ) Hearco have impressive high-tech audiology equipment and in owner Matthew an extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable individual. I booked in at short notice for a wax removal after being let down by a high street chain the day before. I was greeted warmly by Matthew on arrival, and he took care of my problem carefully and sensitively. Great value for money, and plenty of free parking spaces in Asda carpark. Highly recommend!
After my appointment today, I can't recommend Mathew at Hearco enough! I was completely deaf in my right ear, and Mathew used microsuction to remove the blockage. He's instantly likable and a truly lovely fella – extremely kind, efficient, courteous, compassionate and professional. Mathew has a deep understanding of hearing loss related issues. I made a last minute appointment with Mathew for a build up of ear wax that had blocked my right ear, causing hearing loss and discomfort. I was relieved he could see me at such short notice! I found him to be super professional and as I had never had this relatively simple procedure before, he instantly put me at ease. I felt instant relief once complete and he then ran through the health of both ears then emailed me pictures of my ear canal for future reference. Highly recommended!
