E Bartlett I made and appointment with Mathew at Hearco when it opened near to where I live.Mathew is very patient and reassuring and explains everything in very clear terms. I found the wax removal and testing easy and new hearing aids were ready in a few days.Fitting and testing were straightforward. I visited Hearco today for an audiology appointment to check my hearing. Matthew was lovely, very accommodating (an issue with timing on my part!) and is obviously very skilled at what he does. After an introductory chat, discussing my history he explained the process of what was going to take place. The test gave comprehensive results which Matthew discussed with me and we booked a return appointment for a years time. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting their hearing assessed.
I had great experience with Matthew at Hearco. My hearing has been worrying me for a while now so I finally decided to bite the bullet and get it checked. Matthew put me at ease straight away and was very thorough and patient with me throughout the process. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to get some peace of mind about their hearing. What's an added bonus is the free parking, unlike other hearing centres in Brighton where trying to find parking can be an added stressor.
I had several treatments with Matthew at Hearco. Including earwax removal, a hearing test and custom earplug (ACS) impressions. Matthew is a very experienced Audiologist, who offered great further advice regarding my hearing and ear care. Matthew is a true professional, the wax removal was very gentle and I felt no discomfort. Similarly, very good impressions were taken for earplugs and were taken with ease. The treatment centre is very clean and well maintained, being very welcoming. Thanks for all the help!
I Had a really blocked ear and couldn’t hear a thing, with low pitched and high pitched tinnitus! Matthew was amazing and my ears have been amazing ever since! Very gentle and painless procedure and his clinic space is lovely :) definitely the best option around for anything ear related!
