Great experience - Friendly- honest-very knowledgeable.
Tom and Brittany are great, they are always pleasant and ready to help. Tom, has a lot of tools for my hearing aids. He explains what he is going to do so I can ask questions or understand how he is adjusting my specific hearing aids. Brittany makes scheduling very easy and not set for a long wait once I get there.
I had a Wonderful Experience with New Sound Hearing! Tom was excellent to work with! He has been doing it a Long time and Really knows what the customer needs! Thank you also to the rest of the staff! Very pleasant people!!
All the stuff where very friendly audiologist after my test went into great detail on my hearing results. Explaining why I am not hearing properly. Let me try a pair of hearing AIDS, wow, what a difference.
