Only have one tech for service and hard to get service
Amazing, how they care and very professional
Stephanie was professional, skilled, friendly, and thorough in testing my husband’s hearing. She was careful to explain what she was doing, in interpreting the test results, and in following up with hearing aid adjustments to improve his ability to hear better.
