Everyone was so helpful. They took their time in explaining everything . I was very pleased with everyone there.
Need to update computer equipment. Woman who did my hearing test was nice but not familiar with the system and tried to get through in a timely fashion but hit issues.
New sound hearing customer service is the best! The staff in the Bethlehem office is very attentive and responsive to any needs!!! The best center i could choose ! Thank you guys!
