Tom was wonderful testing and explaining everything! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this location. While, it's not so great to be losing your hearing, it is great to have people who understand exactly what you're going through. Very professional, very friendly, everyone calmed my nerves and made this a great experience. They're excellent with explanations and their services.
