Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I was quoted $120 for a heating system inspection, but after the inspection was completed, they tried to charge me $170 instead. If the price was going to be $170, that should have been clearly communicated before the work was done, not after. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and upfront pricing. Changing the price after the service is completed is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
The crew showed up fast and took care of business for us. Stefan worked hard for us to make sure we would have a running drain again. I would 100% recommend calling. I will be using in my time offuture needs. Thank you again.
Highly recommend Steffan at Heaney Plumbing & Heating! He was quick to respond, honest, thorough, and very fair with his pricing. He did great work and was extremely accommodating, making sure he was available when we needed him. Great service from start to finish!
I can't recommend Heaney Plumbing & Heating enough! Ray and James came out and installed our new AC and furnace the day after we called. They were kind, efficient, and the job was done in no time. Our new AC works perfectly and is so energy efficient now, keeping our home cool all summer long. They even installed a new thermostat, ours was so outdated. Great pricing and wonderful service from the technicians to the office staff!!! Give them a call!
Great Company to do business with. I have them do all my plumbing work and have never had a problem. Bryan does a great job and is very professional. I'll never call another Plumbing Company.
