I LOVE Dr. Mina, she introduced me to somatic healing and honestly gave me the insight I needed to make some major healthy changes in my life. I also have PCOS and with her nutritional input I feel 10x better than I felt before. I came in bloated, irritated, with sporadic emotions and weight gain and she gave me so many tools that I am still implementing almost 2 years later. Thank you Dr. Mina!
