Horrible place, my fiance came here for help and the therapist never listened and couldnt remember anything she told her so she left more upset than she was when she got there. She got a copy of the notes and almost all of it was made up / wrong information clearly proving the therapist never paid attention. They also have a point system incentive to get you to come back for free gifts when really they just want the reoccurring insurance payment. This place is the absolute worst! Therapist Sharifa Constantine is nonresponsive and does not care about her patients. I asked for a transfer after realizing that she was never actually listening to what I was telling her. The notes she put into the system are 100% inaccurate. It's been well over a week since I've contacted her and still no update or call back. When I try to reach out to the front desk they also will not give me a call back! I have left at least 4 voicemails. This place completely avoids their patients and t... read more
