I have been going to Dr. Parti since my 8 year old was 1. We followed her when she opened her own practice. Every time we go to the office, we have to wait OVER 1 hour before even being called back.When I ask why, they have different reason, varying from "it took long to verify your insurance" to just recently "if someone throws up on the table then it takes us longer". Every time I go into this office I have to wait over an hour to be called back. We just went to a 3:30 appt @ 3:15 to get registered, then didnt get called back until 4:20. Once they xrayed and cleaned my kids teeth, they wanted to reschedule me to fill my daughters 1st cavity because it was 5:00 and the dentist were off. When I told them that was crazy, that had they not made me wait an hour in the waiting room they could have had time to fill it, they treated me like i was a crazy overbearing, pushy mother.
