Great staff! That's the whole ball game.
Habitual lateness is inconsiderate to patients. It really drives me nuts and I cannot work with an office that operates like this. Also, although I said I didn't want Netflix or TV, the dentist put headphones on my head. I don't want to listen to that blather.
The staff is very professional and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. Platt's for many years because of the care that I receive when I come into the office.
Dr injured my tongue with one of the tools she used. Causing pain for about 2 days.
Dr. Platt and her staff are truly a professional group of Health care individuals. I have used her services for over 20 years when she was on Irving Park. Now on Addison, she and her staff are always accommodating and flexible in your scheduling. I don't hesitate to reccomend her for anyone looking for their dental care. Tim Czarnecki

Even though I recently moved I refuse to leave Healthy Smiles. Dr. Platt and her team have always accommodated my family's needs. Front desk clerk Evelyn is more than helpful. My son is now 14 and I have no plans on leaving. The service is definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles.
