Mikki and her team were a pleasure to work with. She was honest and dependable. She had up-to-date information seemingly every week with market conditions in our area and used that information to our benefit. Mikki and her team were excellent. They were professional and kept us in the loop through the whole process. They were responsive to all the questions we had. We weren't sure if painting the house and fixing certain things would be worth it to sell the house, and they explained what things would be helpful to do/fix to make the sale. Wow! Brittany blew us away as our Realtor. We moved to Summerville from northern Virginia due to my husband's job so we needed a house fast! Irina is just great at what she does, very meticulous, organised, genuine, honest, friendly and just lovely to deal with. She worked so hard to find the right place for us and coached us along the way. It wasn't easy finding a place in Charleston, low inventory and higher prices, but she perservered with us and we got there in the end. I couldn't recommend Irina highly enough if you are looking to buy a place in the Charleston area. 5 stars all round.
