Andi was great to work with and helped us negotiate on our dream vacation condo! We worked through the whole process from out of state and Andi helped us with local knowledge and recommendations for inspectors and other resources. She also went above and beyond during inspection finding negotiations. We will use Andi’s services again when we’re able to move our primary residence to the Charles area!
I would definitely recommend Health Realty and Mikki to anyone buying or selling in Charleston. She was outstanding, professional, and attentive to my special needs since I was out of State. If the chance was to arise, I would absolutely use her in the future.
We encountered a number of unexpected difficulties in the closing process. Several could have led to the deal falling apart, but Irina’s persistence and willingness to do extra work made it possible for us to get to closing. Never would have made it without her persistence, hard work, and local knowledge.
I worked with Courtney Lorah of Healthy Realty. She was absolutely amazing and really helped us find the perfect home. Kaila is such a great and authentic realtor. I met her at an open house, where she was doing a showing for another client of hers, and was instantly drawn to her warmth and authenticity.
