Very poor communication with the company was told they'll be back in a couple days to check the traps and it's been a month now and they never came back. I looked at the one of the traps and they didnt even fill it with bait. They said they would be able to find where the mice were coming in at and plug the gap but that never happened. They never addressed the problem and never found a resolution.

I was in a bind being eaten alive. Bedbugs!!! I just couldn't afford 3+ thousand dollars on a fixed income. I called and been on worked with me. Reasonable down payment and a fantastic price! They came out the next day and was very helpful and thorough. Even helped me move a few things. It was an overall painless experience. I didn't feel embarrassed or at al in uncomfortable. Ty Vernon I'd never go elsewhere.

Great group of individuals...took care of everything in a timely and professional manner!! They also do duct cleaning too....and heating and cooling now too.....yeaaahhh!

I love that they only spray outside, unless you have a specific indoor bug issue. They are much more affordable than any other service we have ever used. The technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to my neighbors and family all the time!

We recently had this company out for a pest control issue, they also handle ants. We received a prompt reply and scheduled an appointment. The tech was professional, friendly, and thorough. We are very pleased with the service, and will definitely call them if we have any further issues with pests (they also handle wasps, and we will call if we start to have a problem with them this summer)
