Chris Maher and Emily Pompei have provided excellent customer service to me since I received my Phonak hearing aids a year ago. Starting with a very thorough exam, to the fitting and set up of the hearing aids, to the regular follow on inspections to insure everything is working as advertised. No complaints! The hearing aids are extremely reliable and ridiculously simply. I highly recommend Chris Maher and Healthy Hearing Now!
