Healthy Haven/InstaHealth serves delicious smoothies and shakes all under 300 calories! They have a great selection! I love the mango shake and the chocolate/peanut butter/banana smoothie! The also have great energizing teas and protein coffees! Another favorite for me is the aloe! It is delicious! The new owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming! I love this place and highly recommend checking it out!
