We have gone to Dr. Kimball for over 10 years and he is always so great with our family. Funny and so concerned about our vision. He treats us like family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Kimball is by far the best out there. very knowledgeable, nice, funny, and helpful. I have referred several people to him and they love him as well.
I've been to quite a few eye Dr's throughout my life and have never had such a wonderful experience as I did at Dr. Kimball's office. I brought my young son for his first eye exam and was very pleased with how well Dr Kimball and his staff treated him. Dr. Kimball has such a fun personality and takes the time to talk and listen to not only me, but my son, as well. I call hour before scheduled appointment. Yes come at two we’ll take care of you. I switch my schedule around at my job taking time off work for the second time. Drove from airport to location. I refuse to help you we are cleaning our carpet. I drove for almost 40 minutes and she refused to do anything. Then having to drive another almost 40 minutes to get back to work. Wasted almost two hours for an unkept appointment and worst service I’ve ever dealt with ever. I would suggest going to America’s best before this place.
Great experience. Very friendly. Will recommend to friends and family!
