The medical service is good, but they do not answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact someone for days, and my calls are always redirected to voicemail. After that, it says the voicemail system is not working.
Do not use for any important health issues! I had appointment necessary to get medication refilled, life saving medication I have been on for 8+ years they also seen me for pain I was experiencing. Sent me to UAMS for the pain I assumed they would send in refill for ongoing medication. After leaving UAMS and calling for a week and a half I finally got through just to be told that medication wasn’t refilled and I’d need another appointment before they could send the script in.
