Do not use for any important health issues! I had appointment necessary to get medication refilled, life saving medication I have been on for 8+ years they also seen me for pain I was experiencing. Sent me to UAMS for the pain I assumed they would send in refill for ongoing medication. After leaving UAMS and calling for a week and a half I finally got through just to be told that medication wasn’t refilled and I’d need another appointment before they could send the script in. The Russellville team is fantastic. They are very accommodating and helpful in a town with a weirdly unaccommodating and unhelpful medical community. Isn't that how medicine is supposed to be?!? What kind of place doesn't return calls or says they can't see me for weeks or months when I'm sick right now? Not this place, I'll tell you that. I showed up as a walk-in near the end of the day on my first visit, and it was no problem. I've visited a few times now, and they're helping get my health straightened out.
I was taking my son to the hot springs location and I absolutely loved Dr. Porter. He was a great pediatrician! Unfortunately hot springs was almost a 2 hour drive. They opened an office in russellville which is only 45 minutes from me, so I switched to this location. Dr. Wolfe is very sweet and attentative, but I have been waiting almost 2 months now to get my son into behavioral therapy.
