Changed to this plan for 2025 - what a mistake! - signed up on December 7th, never received any confirmation - had to call member services on December 27th to see if I had been accepted - Asked to get a member id card. Finally received mid January! - Tried to make an appointment with my chosen PCP on the 17th of January. My chosen PCP was no longer in the Plan. Can't wait to go back to Humana. I regret ever leaving my doctors and specialists.The attention provided by their staff is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.The are very low class and unprofessional in their dealings with the patients,rudeness not living up to their commitment when you are told to go home we will call with your appointment that is far from being done.Last time I was at the Hialeah location I was told to fast in the morning for my blood work after being there waiting to be called god knows mayb... read more
