Absolutely no customer service. I used to be a member here for years. Tried to confirm my scale with the scale at HealthSPORT Fortuna this morning for my tournament on sat and the lady at the front desk told me no. Even offered to pay the 8 bucks I had in my pocket and was told I needed to pay a drop in fee. YOUR GYM SUCKS AND YOU OVER CHARGE. HAHAHA. @BODY WORKS IN FORTUNA WAS MUCH MORE HELPFUL.
I like the McKinleyville location. Machines are always available every time I go. Pretty low key place.
I love Nicolettes strength and conditioning class and Friday step class with Marcella!!
