Negative stars.....this place was a joke. Do not go there and make your insurance pay. Five months prior, I went to Trihealth on Dana Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio. So, I had something to compare this facility to. Trihealth was awesome. The nurses at Encompass were extremely rude. Juilianna the aid, was awful. Tonya and Renee and Leah, the head nurse, were all awesome. The PT was good, too. The head of the facility lies straight to your face. The Two doctors are a joke.
