My mother in her nineties was having horrible knee pain which made it difficult to walk. Dr. Rice was very patient and kind and treated my mother with the utmost respect. After giving my mother shots in her knees she was able to walk with no pain. For that dr. Rice I appreciate you so much for giving her the gift of no pain before she passed 2 years ago. G. Transplant of cartilage/bone core to my troclear groove ended 15 years of pain!!!!! Took me a long time to recover due this being a 3rd surgery from a 3rd doctor. Wish I would have consulted with him before trying the others. Had a lingering scar tissue pain due to this being the 3rd surgery, but was eventually able to get the scar tissue to release!..... working hard in physical therapy post surgery is just as important as the surgery itself.

I recently recovered from a broken ankle that required surgery and Dr. Rice and his team did a fantastic job. He did a great job answering any questions I had and laying out all of my options. He and his staff were always very quick to respond. I do not think the surgery and recovery could have gone any better. I would recommend him to anyone and would happily go to him again in the future.

I travelled hours away to see Dr. Rice, and I am glad I did. He supported me fully and spent lots of time with me to understand my needs.

Dr Rice was very thorough. He explained all the advantages AND disadvatages of having surgery for a hamstring avulsion injury. I opted for surgery and everything went smoothly, including physical therapy. Dr Rice followed up with several follow up visits to ensure all was progessing well.
