I've never encountered a more rude receptionist in my life. She was taking the people who signed in after me before me. I sat there an hour and 20 minutes. Then she snaps and ask what kind of covid test I am here for.i told her I didn't know there was a difference. I am not a nurse. Will never go there again and do not recommend them to anyone... especially anyone who is sick. Her music was making my head pound too.
They don't answer calls from patient or pharmacy. Subscribed a cream for $2K..... hydrocortisone 🤦 Guy at front desk had terrible attitude. I ran back and forth from the pharmacy to urgent care for 2 hrs. I do not recommend this location
I was misdiagnosed by this place. Ruined a lot of things for me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
RecommendedI went there tonight 20 minutes before they closed. I felt bad for going but I had no choice. I have been sick for 3 weeks. There was a little wait time and the staff was very friendly and comforting. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Arrived at Norwood Urgent Care feeling like death. Almost no waiting time; I was diagnosed (pneumonia) and not 2 hours later left there feeling human again. P.A. Gretchen, Nurse Melody took such good care of me. Recommend this place highly...clean, efficient and professional.
Just really nice people. Didn't judge me at all for my own dumb mistake, which has happened to me at other places. Thank you all!!!
My visit was very professional. The M.A. (ms Sharron) was very kind and patient with me and my child during my visit. I will refer other people to this facility because the staff were very courteous and patient from the minute I walked into the facility.
