The sign-in process and insurance dynamics were simple, and I was treated almost immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and good-humored, and the doctor took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with everything.
Went in for possible broken rib(s). Quick and nice. Ordered and Xray and on my way! UPDATE: They sent me to Rookwood for the Xray and i got a bill from them for it. Not sure if the mess up was Urgent Care or the hospital...
Had a great experience. Intake nurse and doc were very friendly and helpful. Doc even had me hang around for 30 minutes after closing to make sure the meds he gave me had kicked in before I left. Will definitely be back if I ever need urgent care again.
