Wow, I usually loathe going to the dentist, this place rocks, they worked me in fast , did a great job worked with my insurance and didn't try the old you need this,this, and that , I didn't feel like just another pocket for them to gouge. They also scheduled my wife and 3 kids all at the same time for convenience. And I get 100 for referring my family. Sweet. Best dentist around too.
I was happy with my dental appointment this morning. I believe the cleaning was performed professionally and enjoy seeing Dr. Konen on the half year!
As always, Toni is one of the friendliest office managers/receptionists I know and always makes you feel welcome when you arrive and when you leave. Katie did a very good job as my dental hygienist cleaning my teeth and was very friendly to talk with during the work. For several years, Debbie (who retired last June) cleaned my teeth so she had some big shoes to fill. This was a really great experience. All the staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. Overall I had and awesome experience.
I saw Dr. Lam recently for a cleaning and a treatment plan for some other work. It had been several years since my last dentist visit, but he and the other staff made me feel very welcome. They were knowledgable and kind. I'm looking forward to continuing to use Sunrise Dental!
As always, the staff at Downtown Family Dental was superb, very accommodating. They make a visit to the Dentist as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be.
Since I was a little girl I have always dreaded going to the dentist. This feeling hasn't changed much, but if I have to go, I'm glad I go to Downtown Family Dental. Heidi is a great assistant and it was nice to meet Dr. Mann. All your staff have always been so caring..from the minute you walk in the door, til you're saying good-bye.
