I am very impressed with the facilities, the tools/technology, the staff, and the overall ambiance of this practice. I would always dread routine dentist visits in the past because it was a painful and a somewhat overwhelming experience. With over 45 years of experience with Downtown Family Dental, I have always had friendly professional service. There were times when some dentists would not see me due to health issues. Family Dental never refused and have always been very supportive. Thank you to the Doctors and Staff
Even with the change of ownership and Bob"s reduced hours, the clinical services remain superb. The clinic staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They are very consumer oriented, provide a comfortable atmosphere and your satisfaction is paramount. This includes follow up contact proceeding your procedure(s).
As always staff is always super friendly and kind- and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My only compliant is last few times I've come and had to wait > 15 minutes to get in, but I know that is uncontrollable if other people are late. I have recommended the practice to many of my friends already!
Very modern equipment and clinic. Professional staff. I was very pleased with the service.
