It was great! The support staff helped with all my registration needs and were so pleasant to work with throughout. Nkoma was one of the best hygienists I've experienced -- so thorough and made everything very easy. Dr. Rodriquez actually took time with me -- explaining x-rays, telling me about my teeth, and explaining what he was looking for in the exam. And I really appreciate the early morning appointments!
It had been...a few years... since going to the dentist. Instead of shaming me they understood and we're welcoming! Dr. Rodriguez took the time to review all of my X-rays with me, explain everything, and generally reassured me that I was in good hands.
Friendly Fast and providinf excellent care not trying to sell you products or services you don't need.
The staff as well as the doctor were all great!
Great as always. Front desk staff is always very friendly and I love that they remember my family and ask about the kids. My hygenist, Sheronia, is the beat. My husband is very particular and when he finally switched practices and came to see Sheronia, he was in love.
Every one was very informative. I was informed of everything that they were going to be doing. Everyone was very friendly.
Did I just say that I LOVE a dentist?? YES!! Dr. Amanda Ganshert and her lovely assistant Cody are both amazing. After 40 years of being super stressed out by the thought of going to the dentist, I have at long last found a dental office that I am happy to visit. Downtown Family Dental makes dentistry a pleasure. (Wait...did I just say that? Yes!!) Love, Renee :-)
I've always had great visits at this office. It seems there are a few more staff in the office. There was more chatter than usual. Dr. Rodriguez is an outstanding dentist. Dr. McRee, is very personable.
