Very professional and customer focused The atmosphere was warm and friendly from the front desk to the dentist. I was so impressed that I switched to make them my dentist. 5 stars is well deserved.
Everyone in this office is awesome. Dr. Rodriguez acts conservatively - doesn't push for you to have work done. This team works with you to help you have the best home practice and to get you the care you need.
I had a 30 minute wait, but once I was seen, the experience was excellent.
Overall a wonderful experience.
Teeth didnt feel as clean as usual but overall i love that place!
They were very gentle, which I appreciate. They didn't try to upsell me on anything (e.g., "deep cleans", telling me need to come in for excessive future visits), which I appreciate even more. I've had mostly negative experiences seeing dentists in Atlanta, and it was refreshing to finally have a positive experience seeing a dentist. I plan to return here and have been recommending them to my friends.
I love IPD! From reception desk to Dr. Rodriguez himself, everyone is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Everyone treats me like a friend, as opposed to just a customer. My level of care at this practice is top notch, as well-- my teeth are carefully cleaned and my hygienist always explains what's going on with my teeth as well as what she is doing or what equipment she's using. I love this dental practice!
