Office staff, technicians and dentist very pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.
I?m very impressed about not having to wait a long time after my scheduled appointment. I also like the fact that equipment and office appear to be new and clean!
As pleasant as a dentist visit can possibly be. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. All issues and procedures were explained to full detail. I also loved all the high-end gadgetry.
The staff always makes the visit Pleasant and enjoyable You never wait like other Dr. offices, makes you feel you are valued as a customer.
The New Image Dentistry office is beautiful and filled with the newest and most technologically advanced equipment. Lay back and watch your own personal TV while you have your teeth cleaned. Dr. Leeks is very professional and has a nice bed-side manner. I absolutely feel as if I am in good hands.
Extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
Everyone was very nice and non-judgmental. I only have 2 drawbacks: (1) My hygienist was very nice and did a good job but her hair fell in my face several times. I would recommend a policy where everyone with log hair has to pull it back. (2) The TV was great but I felt that sometimes, it distracted the hygienist and the visit may have taken longer than necessary due to that. But overall, I enjoyed my experience and I like my hygienist.
Dr. Leeks is really easy to talk to so that makes the whole experience alot easier. I can't gush about my experience because even though it was better than most it was still the dentist.
