I remember when I first went to Dr Barnes after my ankle surgery because my hip and back hurt so much because I was out of alignment. Within a short period my pain disappeared. I have returned after each ankle surgery for realignment! Now I go several times a year for a check to make sure I am aligned. I have learned from Dr. Amanda this effects so much more than just helping with pain. My 13 year old daughter is growing quickly and Dr. Amanda aligns her several times a year for " growing pains ".
