Our experience with Dr Jalil has been wonderful, especially her help with our newborn. The receptionists, however, make it a very unpleasant experience and are difficult to work with. Both in person and over the phone on multiple occasions (and with multiple family members) they have been rude, short, dismissive, and uncooperative when trying to ask questions or get help. If I could leave a 0 I would. Unprofessional doctors who don’t take patients and their symptoms seriously. It’s time to stop gaslighting patients, birth control should NOT be the answer to everything.

Due to negligence by Dr. Samapti, I spent months suffering. She gave me 0 advice and prescribed me the wrong pill. When this was brought to her attention, she raised her voice, tried to blame me and also diminished my situation saying I was only on the wrong pill for “one week” so it can’t be that bad. The receptionist are also terrible. They won’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
