st appointment ever. Came in about 7 minutes late, tried calling prior to getting there no answer. Get there no one's at the front desk waiting the entire rest of the time of the appointment. Someone else comes out and tries to help. No help. It was considered no call no show. 2nd appointment. I received a text stating cancelled tried to call to see they don't answer and vm is full. HealthPro Pediatrics at Riverview has an amazing staff! They are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Margaret at the front desk works extra hard to help reschedule and accommodate all families. Lainee as a speech therapist is very informative and works above and beyond to meet the child’s needs.
Customer service has not been helpful or very kind. My wife and I have been treated very poorly. In our scheduled meeting, we were constantly told that they do not have much time. When asked if they were available to schedule another meeting in the future as an alternative, was told by Tatiana that they do not have time and are unable to do so. Our son has only met with this therapist twice & Based off the word from the therapist Hannah who is not our son’s normal therapist has forced us into an ultimatum to always be in ses... read more
Would not recommend at this time. The leadership and Staff has been very rude to us. Completely dismissing our concerns. Our son is suppose to have two sessions a week and for the longest has not been able to provide that to him because of “lack of staffing”. We have been very patient and flexible. We have been going there for two years and haven't had any issues with the customer service until recently with the new management and therapist. Hannah and Tatiana and Kirsten are very unpleasant to work.
I can’t express how much this team has changed my life. The insight and devotion they have is unmatched! I’ve been attending here almost a year for my 4 year old son. He is on the spectrum. When I tell you, Ms. Laura and Ms. Juliana have been nothing but amazing to my boy. They are his speech and OT therapist. My boys highlight is them. His face lights up even seeing Margaret in the front which she is PHENOMENAL. The best choice for the face of the office. She always has all my answers.
