We’ve had such a great experience with Mrs.Laura. She is always helpful, kind, caring, and compassionate, and she is very accommodating with my schedule, which makes everything so much easier as a parent. She is also bilingual, which has been an added benefit for our family. My daughter Sophia who is almost 2, is always excited to see her that alone says a lot. I’ve only ever heard incredible things about this location, and now I see why! I just scheduled an appointment for my little one, and the experience over the phone was exceptional. Frank was kind, professional, and patient—he answered all of my questions and addressed every concern with care. That first interaction with an office sets the tone for everything, and this one truly left a great impression. Let's make sure you're not 2 minutes late or you'll have to reschedule don't reschedule it's a no call no show. But! Let them come out 5 minutes late looking crazy... I didn't have any issues w speech came to each appointment on time... They still cancelled all of my son's appointments. This occupational therapy just couldn't get right either they don't answer or are cancelling. you can't call and reschedule bc they don't answer but I'm on a call each time list but they don't answer....

st appointment ever. Came in about 7 minutes late, tried calling prior to getting there no answer. Get there no one's at the front desk waiting the entire rest of the time of the appointment. Someone else comes out and tries to help. No help. It was considered no call no show. 2nd appointment. I received a text stating cancelled tried to call to see they don't answer and vm is full. HealthPro Pediatrics at Riverview has an amazing staff! They are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Margaret at the front desk works extra hard to help reschedule and accommodate all families. Lainee as a speech therapist is very informative and works above and beyond to meet the child’s needs.
