To begin with it was a good experience. My son has had braces for the last 3 years and was so excited to finally get them off which he did. Then he needed a replacement retained that cost $300 . We called to make the payment and payment was made and taken care of. Only I had to call to check up on things and was told the payment was never reported and the retainer was never ordered so it has to be reordered and they would call us.
