I didn't even think my teeth could be fixed, especially at 47 years old. I was having recurring dental issues due to a crossbite and my dentist suggested that I see an Orthodontist. I went to HealthPartners Orthodontics because two of my children had already had great experiences with their program. I am incredibly pleased with the results and now have the confidence to smile with my teeth. I would have never done this prior to braces. To begin with it was a good experience. My son has had braces for the last 3 years and was so excited to finally get them off which he did. Then he needed a replacement retained that cost $300 . We called to make the payment and payment was made and taken care of. Only I had to call to check up on things and was told the payment was never reported and the retainer was never ordered so it has to be reordered and they would call us.
