Erica Rodell has to be the best NP ever, she knows me by name and takes a genuine interest in my life.
Not only did someone file a dr visit under my name, I went to get a prescription &had two different prescriptions from two different doctors. Worst services ever.
I'm not coming here again because someone pulled up my file for another patient and entered in all of their vitals. The hell does someone pull up the wrong file, & say I've already been seen.
Appointment was scheduled for 1:20pm. It's 1:53pm. I'm still waiting. Horrible horrible hence why I come here as little as possible. I need to find a new clinic.
Check the online wait times for urgent care. I was able to get in and out fast by doing this.
Crappy service today!!! Waited over an hour only in my gown in a cold boring room. When the Doc finally arrived she rushed through my appt. Very disappointed today. :(
Very friendly/helpful staff here. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
Horrible urgent care! Told me nothing was wrong. A few days later went to my doctor I have mono and strep! Doctor just wanted to go home so she told me it was nothing. :(
