First I would give Dr. Jennifer C Koziol Wozniak 5 starts if I could. She was attentive, respectful and caring. The issue was the check-in process. Signage at the elevator is needed that states even if you checked in online you must "check-in"at the desk on first floor!!!!!!! There is NO point to "check-in" online prior to arrival time "check-in".

Had an appointment at 4pm for labs on Sunday. When I arrived there was no one at the desk, but there was a self check-in kiosk and several other people waiting. I checked in and waited. Everyone else was called in before me of course which is completely fine. But I never got called in. There is no one at the desk to ask about what was happening. 7 receptionists working. None of them with patients. Deferred me to use the self check in. The system couldn’t find me. Then one of the women was annoyed I asked for assistance. They then had me go to someone else for help, who then simply referred me to a QR code to rebook, then proceeded to just chat away with her coworjers. I understand new processes are put in place for efficiency, but if it’s clearly not working, I recommend revisiting the concept of patient care.
