I made an appointment month out because no one could see me. I received a message telling me to be at my appointment or check in at least 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there. I haven’t seen a doctor in about 12 years and when I go to sign in, it tells me my appointment has been canceled. I pick up my kids from school and drive all the way to this appointment because the lady on the phone told me that I may be able to get seen if no one comes in for the appointment. Distasteful front office staff! Particularly a lady by the name of Stacy Gomez. Her attitude is very rude and condescending. Of course I filed a complaint, which was pointless, as the manager who responded was very apathetic and indifferent. She didn't even ask me the name of the staff member I was complaining about. I had to interrupt her ending the call to ask if she needed it, so she could "look into it" as she stated. Furthermore, I called to speak to a nurse and it took them over 3 weeks to respond. Great place to get annual physical. If you're struggling mentally, do not go here. I don't know about dental.
Great doctors !! but plan on spending some hours here .. they are never on time for appts someone definitely needs to evacuate the time it takes to see a patient and schedule accordingly
