Nobody knows how to answer the phone
I was late for my grandson physical and that I needed to reschedule the only problem was I needed it that day so the lady that checks you in was great she called back to see what our doctor said and then between her and another lady the was able to get us in with a NP So I was very thankful and appreciated all of their work together to take care of us and my grandson was very thankful
Provider coded my visit wrong and the nurses avoided fixing the mistake. They claimed the were trying to "help" me. Had they had they coded the visit right the first time I wouldn't have had to call at all. I had instruct them how to resubmit the test to the lab to avoid me getting charged.
Whoever was working at the office today needs to remember to ask if the person there speaking too needs anything else instead of hanging up right away. Because the mother of my child asked to cancel an appointment and wanted to check if we still had one for my son on the 29th. But instead got a quick hang up. Respect goes a long way. Find a different career choice if you dont like your job. Simple.
The 2 star is for the girls work at the front desk other than that, I've never had issue with the place. The girls that sit in the front, we'll don't like their job or just don't want to work. They are ride, unprofessional and just no customer service skills what's so ever. Do better
