How is this place still running!!!! They do not have the patients health in their best interest and the “call taker” is rude and has a care less attitude. Called for my husbands medicine he has needed for past two days and now he is out they tell us we should have called sooner I told them kroger has called requesting a prescription refill several times and they said we don’t have record of it I call Kroger and they give me the exact dates they have requested it from them. Front desk staff is really unpleasant to deal with. Rude and abrasive. Also, the mask mandates are long over so stop forcing people to wear them. It's over, move on. Dr. Watson is awesome, very friendly, thorough and attentive. That is the only good thing I have to say about HFBG.
