Easy out access with a light
Great service and caring physician
The staff is rude, incompetent and well, let’s just say “not very presentable”! However, the lady up front was polite and friendly, but the rest…..
Ok. Needs to repair a few things.
The woman at the front desk refused to assist with filling out forms online. I notified her that I am dyslexic and she said she was too but could fill out forms online. She failed to offer accommodations and then laughed and told me to have a good day as I was leaving, showing no respect at all. I did go back in and ask for a manager and was seen but the experience at the front desk will keep me from going back. I also ended up in the ER a couple days later for the same issue after being treated at CareNow.
