So relieved that the staff at HCA were able to attend to my abrasions when I called them. My Primary Care Provider couldn't get me in till next week. I arrived right away after phone call, they were very helpful in getting me registered and attending to me. Hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do they'll be my first call. The front staff and medical assistants were all kind. However, the physician’s assistant who saw me has a deficit in bedside manner. She covered the medical bed with a tiny piece of paper (no more than 25% of the bed was covered). While I tried to figure out how to sit on it without touching the rest of the uncovered bed, she exclaimed “I don’t know what we are doing.” She gave me all of 5 minutes and told me there was no problem.
