When a patient is late 10 minutes they have to reschedule, but when the clinic and doctor is late 45 minutes, patients have to wait!!! Wtf kind of policy is that!!! Every time I come to this clinic I have to wait 30-45 minutes even after I check it! Taking my business elsewhere!
This is the 1st dr. To figure me out in almost 2 years of suffering. Dr. Hooper!!!
Call in when I'm sick, no doc available for a week MINIMUM... This has been a pattern. They say, come in for urgent care... So I'm stuck sitting for an extended time in a waiting area in the Queue with a bunch of other sick people all stuck in the same situation... I have complex health issues & can't just go anywhere, my history matters... This clinic needs to make some changes... You say your patients matter, but your words are cheap!! Love my individual doctors, have 3 I see here... Stinks that the care available when ill... read more
