Dr. Was 35 minutes late for surgery. No explanation / no apology. Stress factor way up
Dr. Sembrano in the department of orthopedic surgery is AWESOME! Wonderful bedside manner, very knowledgeable and also down to earth. Fixed exactly what he told me he could fix........ Feels great to have that pain gone for almost 2 years now! Have recommended him to multiple people and will recommend him to more! Also a great staff and a wonderful new, high tech clinic location! All around great experience!
The Nurses and Doctors were very friendly and kind to your every needs. They answered my questions with a Smile and Knowledge that made you very comfortable in their answers.
The facility itself is great and everyone was nice and helpful but the parking ramp is confusing and not very user friendly.
