I received care here for 3 months for my total pancreatectomy auto islet transplant and couldn’t be more grateful. I’m still here only because of U of MN Health and the phenomenal medical team and caring staff. Shout out to the awesome 7A nurses that took care of me the end of April.
Wish there was no stars. Have now been here for over 9 hours. My wife’s Dr recommended we come in since they would have all of test results and it should not take too long. After doing another blood test the ER Dr decided to admit my wife for monitoring and a MRI in the morning. Well that was 4 plus hours ago. First we were told it shouldn’t take too long. Then the room was almost ready then any minute. Then at 12:30 AM told they have a “room meeting “ at 1 AM and they have everyone in rooms by 1:30 AM. At 2 AM asked the fro... read more
A couple of nurses were cool but for the love of God the "team of doctors" don't even communicate with each other. I was woken up and asked the exact same set of questions by 7 doctors in a 48hr period. Not to mention labs that I didn't need 3x a day. I had enough of students using me as a pincushion to learn. The marks left from the blood draws are ridiculous.
Worst experience ever...guess Vets don't matter. All about that money I guess...sad to feel discarded from a system you fought to defend...best of luck with your business model.
