My daughter, who is a CNA, was extremely dissatisfied with this facility!! It was very obvious that the patient was not the issue here...However, the inadequate staff had issues!!
My wife has spent a week and a half trying to get a prescription filled, a prescription she has had for years mind you. The incompetence and at times rude service is unbelievable and we will be finding a new clinic.
Had a horrible experience on Wed, Dec. 14th. Our appointment was for 2:45pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and checked in. The MA performed my baby's vitals and assured us the MD will see us soon. 3:25pm comes around and finally someone informed us that it will take longer to see the doctor with no other explanation. We were pretty furious at this point and felt like we were just thrown to the side and forgotten. WORSE experience ever! Each and every time my family go to this clinic we are seen right away by the most nicest nursing staff and the the doctors don't keep you waiting for ever,they make u feel very comfortable everytime u come In I give this staff 4 outta 5 stars.....keep doing a great job....
Came to the walk in clinic today. We were brought to the room at 4:05. At 4:40 we were told that we would be seen next. It's now 5:30. Patients across the hall have been seen. We sit and wait. Worst run clinic ever. Dishonest staff. I was told that the doctors nurse practitioners pick their patients rather than seeing the next in line. What a joke. Worst service ever. 5;40 and still we wait.
