I completed a survey on Medical Record Management on July 13th and I was supposed to receive a $75 Amazon Gift Card for the completed survey within 8 weeks. Today is September 25th and I still have not received the gift card. I don't know if this is a scam or what's going on. Here is my Unique Survey ID: zkYwBuD9QQ > that I was given. And, I cannot find their phone number anywhere. Avoid this business. They're apparently just a big waste on time.
