I recently leased medical space from this company in one of their buildings in Silver Spring, Maryland. I agreed to their asking price without any hassle, and I renovated the space at my own expense without any request for rent abatement. Our lease started on August 1st 2018, and we were ready to start seeing patients in mid August after our renovations were completed. We are now ending the first week of September.
