I had filled out my paperwork, paid my copay and was called back. My son was with me. I had been losing blood for 2 weeks with diahreah.This was the only place I could be seen without going to the hospital! Jeff came in and I told him my condition . My sister and I had a very disappointing experience at HealthCARE Express in Maumelle. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour before she was seen. The biggest issue was with the front desk staff. The receptionist was rude and insisted my sister needed to pay $104 upfront, explaining that it included the visit and lab work. However, after the appointment was finished, the actual charges were only a $35 copay and $19 for the lab work—a total of $54. The staff was quite courteous & the wait time limited. Jeff was concerned about my issues & quick to diagnose my condition. Bcz my pharmacy was closed, he sent my electronic prescription to a different pharmacy & mine to assure that I had access to the antibiotic as soon as possible. I can definitely recommend HealthCare Express in Maumelle, AR for your healthcare needs! Lesa D
