Every time I go I am amazed at how good Dr Cleeta Bhandarkar is - I only wish I found her sooner. THE BEST. So caring, so knowledgable, knows that I am an adult baby that can't handle it and adjusts her methods accordingly. Has given our family so many great recommendations also. I have tried so many dentists from Eltham to City - none come close.
Unfortunately, all dental experts are learning and do not have complete experience. I do not recommend them at all. I had 3 children’s teeth done there and they ruined their teeth. I went to a private dentist and was shocked at how he did this to children’s teeth. He said to me, “Are you sure he is a doctor who did this?” I am very sad.
The administration staff, dental nurse and dentist, Dr Alwan were all compassionate, professional and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend Health Ability Eltham. Many thanks for fitting me in at the last minute.
I have been a customer of HealthAbility for quite some years now and have had no reason to complain until my most recent experience. I had a regular check-up last September (from memory) which included a scan that indicated one of my teeth had an infection and required root canal surgery. Healthability postponed the appointment two or three times and I postponed once (due to a clash) so I only presented for surgery a couple of weeks ago. Rang, I was in a queue(eltham service), then someone picked up, I could hear only the noisy background, then I was put on hold with music -on and off, when it was off, the noisy background continued... that is a good role model that everyone could learn from this dismissive way, and it is smart.
