Highly unprofessional and unethical clinic. Upon going back for testing 1 month after my previous visit I was pretty much told that "I am coming too much" and they refused to test me. Instead, they referred me to a website where you can order test kits to be mailed to you and then you go to a lab yourself to have it completed. I had 3 women pretty much corner me in a room to tell me I was coming too much and pressure me into handling my needs myself rather than do the job they are trained for. Leaving this here to help young girls and men. No health card needed, and the nurse that took care of me today is the reason for my 5 star review. Very heartwarming, caring and I felt extremely safe and transparent during my visit. I asked her 25 questions and the nurse still ask me if I had any questions 😂 tbh I felt like I was chatting with my girlfriends. I did a routine check up and spent a total of 20 minutes.
