I ended up in the ER with a horrible infection. Called around looking for a dentist. Sensitive Care took me in right away. They stayed late to take care of me. Dr. Alex called that night to make sure I was okay. When they say sensitive, they are not kidding! I have been with them since.
Excellent as always
This was my first encounter with Dr Quintner's Dental Practice. I was impressed with the high tech facilities in the office, the thoroughness of my consultation with Dr Quintner and his assistant, the cleanliness of the office and waiting areas. I was also impressed that when discussing treatment options, I was given a range of options which, given the cost of healthcare today, I appreciated. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but I felt completely at ease and comfortable with moving forward with my treatment.
When you walk in sensitive care front door it's like walking into your own home. Everyone knows your name and cares about your welfare like they were your family.there is no other practice my family would ever consider using
Both of my kids (ages 4 & 6) had cleanings today. The staff was super nice. The dental assistant (sorry- didn't get her name) was really great with the kids. The new Dr. D was great- so nice and personable. Made the kids and me (mom) feel comfortable. She is a great addition to the team. Would definitely recommend Sensitive Care and Dr. D to other parents!
I walked into Sensitive Care after a terrible fall that left me looking like Jim Carrey in Dumb And Dumber. Left 2 hours later totally repaired. Thank you Dr. Alex Quintner.

I was in PAIN! On a Friday morning at 7:30 I called the office. Honestly I was expecting a machine or answering service...But I was speaking directly to the office. I explained my situation and was offerred an appointment for 12:20PM. I was informed that the appointment was for an emergency diagnosis only. I was relieved to know that I would be seen the same day. At the appointment Dr. Alex let me know that I needed a root canal ASAP or the pain would only increase. The office was booked for the day.
