Dentist and hygienists are friendly and professional. The pediatric hygienist and dentist are great with my three year old- he actually looks forward to going! Facility is clean, neat, and the first exam is VERY thorough. Highly recommend to anyone on the area looking for a family dentist.
I appreciated the staffs' demeanor in making me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Helms was very good at explaining her plan of care and different options that I may consider.

I called Sensative Care at 7:30 am with a dental emergency (in my eyes it was but perhaps in others it may not have been) and I received a call back in 5 mins confirming an appointment for 8:30am the very same day! They did everything in their power to accommodate me once I arrived. Dr Alex and his team brought me right in, assessed my situation, offered me three treatment options plan and started executing on the plan I chose the very same day!
