My first visit to Sensitive Care was to get a second opinion on some dental surgery needed. I was first blown away by thier sophisticated technology/equipment and the speed at which they were able to make a diagnosis. Doctors Mitchell and Alex Quintner sat with me and explained every step of the procedures needed, while viewing three dementional photos of my mouth. This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. Everyone is so friendly!!! Dr. Helms is the best! Dr. Helms and the girl that assisted her (I think her name was Caitlyn) made me feel so comfortable and I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. They didn't get annoyed that i was so nervous and did whatever they could to make me comfortable. Always a great experience as my hygienist Laura understands I have a small jaw that can spasm. I am put at ease with headphones and a bite block helps ease my tension in my jaw. Everyone is so friendly and kind!
I recently came to Sensitive care, after having the same dentist for 31 years. My reason? I wanted a dentist that was as up to date on current procedures and practices as possible, and I feel that Dr Alex does a good job of keeping his practice on the cutting edge of procedures.
